Road trip to Port Hardy to meet Dave on the Irish Rose for a sailing excursion up the BC coast. Grace and Kathleen offered to drive me in my vehicle so I could bring a lot of provisions for the boat.
We saw a bear next to road and stopped to watch him. Dropped off a gift basket in Sayward for Dr. Henderson who had graciously provided care to the foreigner Dave. Met up with Dave at the government dock and we went out to Beaver Cove for the night and made dinner for the skipper and departing crew mate Aimee.
