A Taste of Cape Scott

June 30   Motored back into Pt. Hardy so Aimee could catch the bus homeand then Grace, Kathleen and I drove out to the W. coast and hiked the first part of Cape Scott trail.  We stopped at the Bruner Gardens first and encountered a bear in the brush who quickly scurried away upon our chatty entrance.

 

 Anne arrived in the evening and we stayed at the dock overnight.
